You should sand the heat fins on the motor and polish them out. Then paint engine gloss Black.

Love the channel GC - wondering, in your experience, would I be able to get away with putting on 9" Fatty Apes with 1.5" risers WITH the stock cables on a 1300C or will I need longer cables? Thanks for sharing your mastery, man!
