This podcast is really different from what we watch daily about MBBS and PG life. As the title mentions we must celebrate mediocricy because this is what most of us are but that doesn't mean we should remain mediocre and not try to improve. I too got rank of 46k and getting pharma in a non bonded college. I also tried for getting a good rank in neet pg for 4 years but failed to do so. So now peace is the ultimate destination for me and hence i decided to have whatever i am getting and move out from this rat race. I decided to do MBBS at a very young age,at that time i had no responsibilities apart from my own study and happily i choose this profession but now i realise i have a lot to do on my part.I am married, i have to plan my family,take care of my household, i short i have to be on my own . Now i dont have to do only study.These things you realise when you have grown old and get bombarded with responsibilities. I always wish i would've choosen bank jobs and if i would've then i would be doing a decent job for 8-10 years but what to do now. I am getting major self doubts now and then

That's the reality doc , literally i took drop thinking that it'll be the game of 7-8 months aur exam feb ya march me ho jayega , but it got postponed to june , chlo wo bhi theek hai tab bhi thoda confidence tha ki kr lenge acha , but frr just 10 hours before the exam got to know ki exam is postponed, traveled 300 km away from home, bss uske baad to confidence ki jo dhajiya udi hai can't explain in words 😅😅 But kafi kuch pta lga apne baare me ki kitni mental strength hai, bhle hi kuch na ho prr life me acha krenge jrur itna bharosa h khud pe😁 So doc's take a chill pill mje kro yaar ek hi life hai bc , kab kya ho jaye kuch ni pta , jee bhar k maje kro 😂🔥💪🏻

I'm getting clinicals bit not radio, medicine but rest everything. My father told me i've done nothing for my family and i'm a selfish person. I dont know what to take to make good money immediately post pg. I found nothing an i can't tolerate that constant nagging of what other people's children doing and they are earning so much at my age, i'm scared. I'm losing myself to such thoughts. I don't want to die unsuccessful and today success only means money

This is what people need to listen right now , not those toppers interviews.. the ground reality. Do what you love , do it because you enjoy the subject, do it because you see yourself at a good place in that branch. Don't select your branch because of influence and pressure. Emergency is max hospital is too good. But worldwide maximum burnout occurs from emergency medicine and anesthesia and max suicide rate is in anesthesia resident. So before joining residency do jobs and check how much nuisance u can tolerate. BTW Medicine itself is a mediocre branch. Only coaching centres made it overhyped. Try to take clinical branch. Jobs in pre and para are limited.

@TwobrokedoctorsАй бұрын
@@RamyaRayavarapu Every branch is better in it's own way. It depends on what you want to choose and do. And in general category it's very difficult at the rank of 37k to get optha, anaesthesia, ent. So, let's hope for the best.
