That's amazing, you can interrupt the level clear cutscene with another cutscene! And it resumes after the other cutscene is cleared (sometimes? I don't even know what happened in the Bossblob and Hisstocrat fights, you're stuck in limbo between fighting the boss and clearing the level)

In captain toad treasure tracker, it is possible to, with glitches, collect a star and die just before the cutscene is over. Doing that will break the game: make the lighting different and make the second player unmovable. You can still move the camera and press pause, though.

lol this was hilarious! Interesting Captain Toad is programmed to grab goal poles like normal. This gives new ideas. -Is it possible for all 3 goal pole types(regular, super and great) to work in Bowser's Fury? -If the goal poles can work, how would it react if gotten with Plessie, as Giga Mario, with cats, while Fury Bowser is active, during Jr's cutscene. -Since BF Plessie can't work in 3DW, bringing 3DW only content to BF is a good way to experiment that. -And how would 3DW bosses not used in BF work as well towards the same suggestions as the goal pole?

I think Mario is dying during the Meowser fight is because the camera is still checking whether you are on screen and will 'kill' Mario just like the normal autoscroll. When the camera pans up to the Sprixies Mario cannot be seen and dies.
