You both seem so genuinely happy and connected whilst a massive life change with little one.. so nice to see🥰 My experience with the pacifiers has been positive.. went through so many different ones to find what my two girls liked.. only downfall is that they do get obsessed i found with it and rely on it heavily.. wake you up during the night because they can't find it in their cot.. at about 16months or whenever it feels necessary we only used it at night and for nap time especially to encourage talking and at around 2 years of age we cut it and told them it was broken lol and it worked with a few sleepless nights lol

When it comes to the dummy if Winnie likes it then keep offering. I had a lot of people tell me that it interferes with BFing, but if she finds comfort in it then carry on. My daughter would definitely comfort feed on me rather than have the dummy and it honestly became exhausting at times. Do what you feel is right in your gut, that's always the best answer ❤ xxx

i'm a new mum too and sorry to say but it looks unreal to me for someone who had a baby only a few months ago to have long, done nails, fake tan, lash extention, belly button piercing, make up and all shabang in the house. That's not a reality for a new parent. It is for show, it misleads people and let them believe that after having a baby not much changes and you can easily fit the baking, decorating, grooming in between the baby routine. the reality is that your body changes, you are too tired to do anything for yourself apart from a quick shower and you are lucky to get some sleep. At least for a good few months. Unless you have a nanny or a regular help. it's sad that the influencers make people believe that the baby is just a cute doll and the life can be led almost normally. Maybe in the Disney's movie. It's just a general observation after seeing some comments of young women saying that these videos inspire them to have a baby. Baby is a full time, hardest job.

Hey lovely, everyone’s experience is completely different - and also remember this is a snippet of a day (39 minutes). I have my husbands help so yes I have that benefit which i am so grateful for and is not something I hide. Every baby is different - some are harder work than others and have harder days than other days. This isn’t unrealistic, it is my life and I am a normal human being. I have harder moments and share that too but also like to live as positively as I can in general so feel quite calm as her parent. Again I recognise I am lucky to have niall, but equally if I want to do my nails or lash extensions I just take her with me. My belly piercing I’ve had since I was 14 so not sure why that’s mentioned? Of course so much changes, but I like to try and do things that make me me too and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. But please don’t state I am living as I show as that’s entirely untrue. Having a baby can be fun and lovely, hard and tiring too but amazing too and that’s the way I choose to see it, even through those harder moments x
