Todays video is a weekly vlog and me getting the house ready for the estate agent to value it! I think the most important thing when looking to buy a house is....kerb appeal if the house looks good at the front then people are intrigued to see inside.
I also take you shopping with me to all that jazz in warrington and let you have a little look at the lovely items they have in their store!

Plus you will get well over the asking price. Also there's no need to do up your house. Save your money for your new home. IT WILL SELL. REGARDLESS TRUST ME. My last house the lady died in it. She was a lovely lady by all accounts and she never had children. Her family said she would have loved to see children running round it. It was a beautiful home and my children loved living there it was a very happy home.Fast forward to the new build we live in now. It used to be a social club and church. We lived here about 6 months before it dawned on me that my grandad had died where my living room is (he passed away with a whiskey in his hand in the social club) I feel oddly comforted by this. If the house has good vibes..Go for it x

when they say see you next Friday / Tuesday they have are over a week ahead in filming so they have one in the pipe line so to speak, plus I love watching DIY videos Ana White, till vacuum do us part, the outsider (building log cabin in Canada which seems to make me feel calm ), Cleaning Therapy ,, plus Yours is at the top of my list. I went from a 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom bungalow and I seem to have more room and more storage space 4 years ago. Love all videos your doing the right thing in waiting for the right house but the right house is not always the perfect one I'm 60 now so I don't think I'll move any more ..... Stay safe and well

I love Jo Good Toni...she is my Sunday morning must watch! You might like a flogger called Jess. She was a flight attendant for BA (which I think is when I began watching her) but was furloughed and so decided to absolutely gutted their house and had major renovation work done. Whilst she and her husband had builders in, they were really hands on and have done loads of work themselves. I think you would really like her content. Lots of luck with the whole real estate thing....so stressful xx

Oh Toni, my son and I love Jon and Janni - they're now a Family of four but we've watched since the beginning ( we loved Marcus). I like also watching Liza Prideaux, Emily Norris and Kerry Whelpdale plus a few others. They're all doing work on their new homes. Kerry has a lovely little dog too and I've just started watched Laura who has a gorgeous dog called Mimi ( you will love her). Hola - I can recommend Mr.Carrington, Kristen McGowen and Dainties Diaries - there are more, but these are my go to vlogs, as well as yours of course! Is Stockton Heath in Warrington? They had a lot of mirrored furniture there, plus I spotted the laundry basket that said same day laundry service LOL - that is the basket I have, I got mine from Bents. I didn't know the previous owner had pasted away in your home, I must have missed that vlog, do you feel the house has a presence at all - I don't know how I'd feel about it, I remember my late mom always saying to me, it's not the dead you should fear, it's the living, but I'm funny with things like that, that is why I moved into a new build, I needed to know that nobody else had been in the house before me, and that is another reason why I would not move, unless I knew of the new houses history - maybe it's just me, but I just feel funny with it all. I saw two magpies the other day, I was willing to see the second, and it appeared, so it is two for joy, sure enough I knew things would be OK after seeing them, I hope you are well after your Migraine attack, and look forward to seeing your next vlog on Wednesday.
