Im pretty sure, in the discord server, devs mentioned that their eventually gonna change the already changed models (like Cid, Ainz, Law, etc) and are taking suggestions from the players to help them and also remodeling the MHA units so your shigiraki should come back eventually.

It is a little sad for the new models but most of them arent half bad and some like cid and ainz actually make then look better I just hope they rework some unit models but its very good compared to AD I hope they do fix some problems tho cause its not as good as the hype made it be but there are FOR SURE alot of potential for the game still

incase you haven't found out and no one says it, you can sitll use ur mha units u just have no animations and no vfx for now, or you can disenchant or joykid[deku] with divine you will get like 150 legacy rerolls to use on any unit

if u see this u can disenchant ur luffy for 125rr legacy basically 125 rr u can use them on old units u got in 2023 but u cant use the rr legacy to 2024 units u got. u lose the units btw u can use the rr legacy by clicking pick item under the star remnant

srry to be that one guy but some people say that the characters that turned blue are deleted but u get rewards from them. They still are usable units they do do damage but they will stay as the blue units. u can disenchant the units (delete) and get some rewards back.
