cuz if you think about it, there are 4 mythical traits in anime vangaurds meaning 1 out of every 1000 mythic traits you get will be monarch. as opposed to the only 2 secret traits in anime reborn there’s a 50/50 chance you’ll get miracle if you pull a secret trait.
