I got my bloons card storm build today. 2 arcane masters and a village. Arcane masters deal 65 ❌ 3 ❌ 2 dealing insane damage. Hero is amilia because her 10 bloontonium ability reduces the cost of your next power card by 4 meaning I can spam quick reload so I can skip arcane masters cooldown of 3
