How many sessions did it take for you to get a referral/letter for top surgery

Well, in Arizona, a licensed therapist has to see their client for a minimum of 6 sessions to write off the letter. I am in the process of getting the letter from a licensed therapist. I currently have the letter from an MD. Both are required.
