You don't really need to get 10 cloud vials, just get at least 6-8 of them is enough (If I'm not wrong then that's the fastest method for getting windy bee that I learn from the dude call "Bee Swarm Guild")

And people have friends who can spawn windy + it spawns naturally And it is incredibly easy to get star jelly Supposed you can summon a metoer,and you get a star jelly every time You can donate it to spawn windy, that's 1 windy a day already Second, it can spawn naturally I think not sure but every hour or so depending on server output Third, other people also grind for windy bee, and they'll spawn it too That's an average of 3 windy bees a day. Now let's suppose you get 7 cloud vials from windy each time you kill it That's 21 cloud vials a day So if we do the math, in order for him to have donated that much, it would've taken him around 35 day (35x21= 735(cloud vials)
