Its really hard to get on, i keep it minimal, eating less, i usually dont go out, parties etc. I don't go restaurants i feel guilty that could've been me. Its hard to sleep as well, i get really stress next level it affects my merves and i feel helpless. I do listen to the Qur'an and push myself eith a 4yo.
