💚 watching you go through your books reminded me of how hard it was for me to let go of some of mine the last time we moved. I am so attached to them. I also understand the yearning and goal setting to be the mother you didn’t have. I went through a period like that, but not as seriously as you. I felt an emptiness and loneliness when she and dad divorced. We ended up with our father, which in the 60s was very unusual, but it was for the best. my adult life has been dedicated to being a mother and a wife and a family unit that stays together through thick and thin. After 50+ years of marriage, I have to give myself a pat on the back😊. And even in the retirement years, we still manage to get along, pretty darn good lol. We’ve been very blessed and we are so full of gratitude. I really enjoy watching your family. You reflect love and balance and a strong faith. The everyday stuff that we do in our lives, the smallest things are the glue that holds a family together. Homeschooling, teaching your children how to cook as you learn to cook. Such good lessons there. Taking on big jobs as your remodel and redo your home. Showing your children the love their parents have for each other and the support given to each other are such beautiful lessons, and your children are learning and watching. I just turned 70 on Monday and I’ve been in a reflective mood. You are one of my favorite channels on KZbin that I follow. I hope you keep the red hair! I am an actual redhead but for the last 15 years or so I’ve had to color it to keep it that way. I’m not ready to lose it! Thank you for all you do, putting yourself out there like you do is brave and something that didn’t exist when I was your age lol. I don’t know if KZbin was up and running when I was in my 30s oh well I enjoy it quite a bit nowadays. Until I see your next video, I hope your days are full of life and love and not too much snow!
