One thing you need to know about EXO is EXO IS RNB. The first pre-debut song they released was an RNB slow jam called What is Love. You might want to watch that. Every album or mini is heavily RnB influenced. Try listening to their albums in sequence, then their mini albums, then their winter mini albums. Start from MAMA>XOXO>Miracles in December>Overdose>EXODUS>Sing For You>EX'ACT>For Life>The War>Universe>DON'T MESS UP MY TEMPO (exa'ct and for life wouldn't be your cup of tea if you like rnb since it deviates the most from exo's sound). They have some of the strongest vocalists in Kpop. They have 3 main vocalists who each has a distinct voice and adds a different flavor to their songs. The one who did the ad lib you liked is D.O or Kyungsoo, the one who is same age as you. Check out his SM Station song Tell Me What is Love, another RnB jam. You might also like to check out Chen's OST songs and Baekhyun's SM Station songs. Another thing you need to know about EXO is that they have a deep as fuck lore. SM has been planning them since 2006, even before SHINEE debuted. The name EXO comes from exoplanet. They come from a planet outside our solar system = they are out of this world. There is a history why they came to Earth and what they've been doing here. They have a super power each which is incorporated in their music videos. This lore is explored more in their concert vcrs and Pathcode teasers. You can search EXO Theory in youtube, there are many videos with explanations. Watch Pathcode teasers too. SM coincides many important dates for EXO with eclipses since predebut too. The last thing you need to know is EXO has very little content for a 7 year old group. They only have 1 reality show and they don't often go to variety shows. For example, this comeback, they didn't promote at all. 2 members went to 1 radio show and that's it. But you can find videos and clips of when they do go to shows on youtube. Individually, they are busy when they don't have a comeback. D.O, the one who did the ad lib, is a recognized actor. He's been in many movies and dramas both as supporting and lead actor. Kai is also an actor who did supporting roles and lead roles in dramas but his career is more focused on modeling for magazines. Suho is also an actor but he's more focused on musical theater. Baekhyun also acted in 1 drama and did musicals too. Chen has also done musicals. Chanyeol acted in some movies, Sehun in some movies and Xiumin in a web drama. Lay, the Chinese member, is busy in China. His activities are too many to list. Whoever suggested Monster mv was right. It's a great one. You should also go all the way back to their debut video "Mama" - there are two of them. One is by the Korean members, Exo-K, and the other is by the Chinese members, Exo-M. Both versions are great, but the Korean version is my personal favorite because D.O. is my bias.

EXO debut in 2012 with 12 members. But 3 members left the group. Now, only 9 members left they are Suho, Baekhyun, Chanyeol , Sehun, Kyungsoo, Kai, Chen, Lay, Xiumin. Their fans called EXO-Ls. Their first pre-debut single, the RnB ballad "What is Love," was released in January 2012. EXO also released a second pre-debut single, the electronica dance song "History," in March. I hope you will do first listens to their albums or at least some b-sides. If you're into R&B and D.O's vocals you should definitely check out Kyungsoo's (d.o) "tell me what is love" featuring yoo youngjin (an sm producer/vocal coach; he's like the R&B father in sm basically, haha). There is an mv for this song, but it does not include the full version of the song so a lyric video would be the best. Another R&B amazing tracks of theirs are : sweet lies, what if, moonlight, playboy, thunder, baby don't cry, what is love, hurt, lady luck, the star, etc. They have performed most of these at their concerts so you should be able to react to a few live stages if you'd like. I know it wasn't enough to help you recognize all of them, and I wouldn't expect that, but it shows that you are willing to learn more about the subject you're reacting to. Beside their vocals, EXO also have a very strong dancing line.. Kai, Lay, Sehun are so good at dancing.. Kai is also called “idol of idols” bcoz so many artist look up to him and mention him as their role model.. Lay is obviously amazing in everything, there’s nothing he can’t do..
