Thank you for the reminder to focus. My main focus in fitness is to run fast and to have strength and endurance for fighting (Hand to Hand combat), but sometimes I get distracted

The thing is, i don't know if i want anything enough, or how i want it. I get obsessed about something, then my focus switches to a new obsession, then addictions get in the way. I am currently focusing on becoming a personal trainer for athletes, but my focus isn't unwavering. Maybe it is because i don't have a clear vision, i don't know HOW i want it.
