Wait how tho you're supposed to maybe get a legendary costume if you are on higher level. Cause the chances of getting the legendary costume when you are on. High level is easy to get it

f2p here, did a total of 5 draws, got 2 PVs (one pv on my very first draw) and one white lily! it's pretty easy to get the costumes
