Morning. Lots of big crops run thru that clean red combine already! Great video, different story lines… cats, snow, repairs, Dad working, more blowing, fast forward and music. Enjoyed a lot.

You got enough snow to get your sled out, any snow in Central IL these days is enough. I received a pic of a few of them sitting outside of Game On in Sadorus this past weekend. You built yourself a nice jump with your snowplow! Send it!

I did end up getting the sled out but that was after another snow event the following week.

Great Video Michael. I do have 1 question: From which part of Germany did your family come from?
@WendlingFarms9 күн бұрын
Duntzenheim is where many of the Wendlings came from!

@WendlingFarms Thank you for this Information. Actually Duntzenheim is a village in Elsass. It is first mentioned around 700 in monastery books and belonged in 1713 to the count of Hessen-Darmstadt, Germany, until 1789, the French Revolution, where it went to France. It was French until 1870. Then German again from 187 until 1918. From 1919 to 1940 French again and from 1940 to 1945 German again. I can well imagine that your ancestors decided to leave this turmoil and to find a better life. The village is still there. There are nice photos of the houses if you Google.

It’s really a shame metals are paper thin .For what these machines cost they need to make improvements.One year you’re replacing parts that shouldn’t have to be replaced!!!
