For those who are confused: Cheeds magic badge is unobtainable due to the game needed for it being deleted, however, this guy most likely got it before the game got deleted so that's why he was able to get both badges in the title.

idk man all i did was delete the other 2 malbear badges except for the thomas racing one (i got it while it was still available) then i just redid the tasks needed to get malbear
