In high school basketball, I got double teamed , in a corner, and tried to pass it and it got stolen and dunked other end. It prevents you from slacking off and being lazy, but it can also cause people to quit. But that's not all he does threw out the whole practice. They should also show when he not yelling. I know one of the things you don't want to do is tell a person he's doing a good job job when he's slacking but you also don't want to beat down a person when he's working his butt off. I think you need a combination of both, which I think chris Saber does. Lmao, I can't imagine constantly getting yelled at the whole time. I'm sure most of it is more of pushing you.

The turnaround Nick Saban made as soon as he went to Alabama was probably one of the biggest and most consistent in the history of sports. Alabama was a mediocre program my whole life until Saban came. Won a championship in his third year there, then was the favorite basically every year since then.

He proceeded to tell me I was nothing to the team, I’ll never play and when I come in happy again I was to leave the building and never come back cause I’ll never amount to anything in life.
