What lol! In my primary school, by the time you were in year 5 everyone had to write in pen regardless whether you got it or not before. And now I've started secondary school, you have to write I pen and never use pencil unless if u are drawing.

There was a boy at my old schl, he was allowed to use pen from y3 up, he had the UGLIEST handwriting, I asked him why he had the pen and he said ‘because I don’t like the sound of pencil on paper’ keep in mind, our schl had pencils that only made sound when they broke.
