This is good. Great insight to how we should remember to take care of ourself first, then others. Like, put on your oxygen mask first analogy. As a practitioner/clinician , medically speaking. It is overlooked by many medical professionals; the implications of nutrient deficiencies, Gut issues and inflammatory foods that can cause the symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ect. These symptoms are Not disease or diagnosis. They are symptoms that need to be investigated, and treated for whatever the root cause. Furthermore, in agreement with our spirituality and what doors we have allowed to be opened in our lives. Recognize them as this can play a role. Do not allow it to take root. Immediately recognize this, praying in the spirit to close these doors in Jesus name. You have encouraged me to realize my voice in this issue. Praying and asking God to lead me to a strategy to help people by the hundreds.
