I know about this. The only metro in the USA that is the most modern is the Red Line/Purple Line in Los Angeles. Seeing how bad that New York's subways are (except for the Second Avenue Line, which I first visited a week after the video is uploaded), I believe that the New York subway needs to be privatized. One of the five architecture/construction students that went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art with me by using the Second Avenue Line actually has a friend who lives close by to her house; the latter has been to Istanbul a lot of times, but the last time she visited that city was before M5 opened.

Thats not really a fair comparison, London's underground is nearly 200 years old in some sections and also not that dirty considering its been in continual use for so long. This is a brand new metro line of course its going to have more modern amenities that didn't exist in 1960 etc

I appreciate Europe's railways, regional, commuter, or rapid transit...I also ride the London Underground every weekend! But over-cramming and delays don't make it so good, so Istanbul wins! And I think you found it awesome!

I think they need to find a solution to central overcrowding in London. Crossrail might just do it for the Central line, but I think we need an improvement to the sub-surface lines and quickly because clearly there is requirement for more transport around Central London. More tunnels on same lines won't do it since suburban areas don't put in much demand.

Şimdi arkadaşlar Türkçe yazıyorum ki neden bizim metrolarımız birçok avrupa ülkesine göre yeni bunu anlayın diye ; Daha Türkiyede metro olmayan yerleri saymama gerek yok heralde. Ankarada ve İstanbulda dahi metro gelmeyen bir çok yer var daha. Eee adamlar bizden kaç yıl önce bunu yapmışlar o yüzden genelde eski , bazı ülkeler yeniliyor çek cumhuriyeti gibi.
