Sincere question: at around the 10 minute mark, why does the alien not go down when he takes a wound but immediately after, the brother does go down when he takes a wound?

In this case the alien has a tough value of 3 meaning that it can take 3 hits before it goes down and must roll the wound chart.. The brother unfortunately only has 1 tough. Thanks for warning

Another great battle report. Been watching a few of your battle reports. It sure seems that the Brother armies are "overly" tough. Seems hard to put them down with their save. The other armies seemed squishy. Not bashing on the rules at all. Full disclosure, have yet to play a full game.

Especially the Prime Brothers are tough to get down.. But then again, they are very expensive.. So in the end it often evens it out.. Playing quite a few games, my experience is, that its very rarely a predictable result.. Often the opposite, and that is really adding to the overall excitement.. With all that being said - the Brothers are tough! :-) Thanks for watching along..

@8:59 shouldn't he be dead? he had 3 wounds from deadly, and you rolled a 3, that's a 6 which is death on the wound chart.

I believe you are knocked out on a result of 5+X, where X is the number from Tough(X). Ravenous Beast has Tough(3), so the target number is 8 to knock out.

All the aliens in this battle have a tough value, in this case tough(3) so they need an 8 to be knocked out.. Thanks for watching 👍
