The literal translation for the Korean title of this song is 'In Our Affectionate Season'. When the composer was thinking about how to make gfriend's 10th anniv project song, he binge-watched gfriend past concerts and saw the slogan fans made which was "i'll be with with you forever in your affectionate season", and that's how he made it as the title of the song.

Unlike you, I couldn't stop myself. I watched everything, starting from their Golden Disc Award performance, Studio Choom, Inkigayo, SBS music show. Everything! And when this MV drops I was like "I'm not gonna cry, I've heard this song many times already" When they fucking light up a stage and represent Buddies with them performing on stage. I lost my shit, I cried and for them to literally go back down memory lane and show their previous song and MV is the cherry on top and I lost it.

Same goes for me. I listened to the audio version of season of memories, watched the lyrics version and understood the lyrics, watched studio choom, comeback stages and the teaser and didn't cry but was very excited and happy that they are back as OT6 performing together for their 10th anniversary... but as soon as I watched the MV.. I bawled out... I got so moved and emotional and cried badly... the scene with them singing on stage & us cheering for them & the train of memories moved me...😢🥺😭💜💙🤍 it's like, bringing back many many memories of us with them🥺

When Sowon opened that door, it looked like it was an apple reference! The cosmos/space theme is giving fingertip. The train itself gave off major crossroads vibes too. And the 3rd car where Umji stood, it gave major mago vibes. And the running animation looked like apple aswell? They looked like hedges/a labyrinth.

gfriend was one of the first kpop groups i ever stanned and ive been a buddy since 2017, after watching this video and reading the lyrics and catching all the references and seeing how packed the choreo is with past choreos, i havent stopped crying or being emotional since i watched it. even from the first couple of lyrics i was starting to tear up and it only got progressively more exaggerated the longer the mv went on.

This mv will forever be special to me. All the little details in it go back to the old Gfriend mv. Not only that but moments in the mv just hit like when they look at each other towards the end. i learned about kpop because of gfriend, you know, because of that video where they fall a lot on stage during their performance of me gustas tu. it was fall 2015 and i watched the video just once and before i knew it, i started listening to the song on repeat. that's when i became a kpop fan and at every stage of my immersion into different groups, gfriend and their music were there, i grew up with them, lived with them, explored new sounds with them. so when they disbanded in 2021, i was completely broken. i couldn't get used to the fact that their songs weren't among the releases of each of the following years, that the events of my life were no longer associated with their music. and now, i've been in kpop for almost 10 years, and gfriend have been around for 10 years. this release is the most precious gift for me, it's an insanely valuable support for fans and a promise that we still have each other. every reference to old videos, songs and even choreography touches the depths of the soul. i cried when i watched the video. and i also hope that new kpop fans who may not know gfriend will discover the world of their music because of this beautiful comeback

i considered myself a casual fan up until 2019/2020 (i can’t remember exactly). i remember listening to me gustas tu on repeat while walking my dogs in 2017, so i decided to finally check out the rest of their discography in 2018. i fell in love with their sound so much that i started watching videos of them. and then, so shortly before their contract termination, i called myself a buddy. i cried when the termination happened, but i cried even more (happy tears this time) with their 10th anniversary reunion now! the last time i cried this much for a group was when i saw dreamcatcher perfom live the same year that they had their first win. i love seeing the success of all my faves ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹
