Hello Sir, I totally agree with you especially the point of internship because I completed my internship recently and yes I got to know a lot. I’ve been in the graphic design business for the last 11 years. So what qualities and skills should a good graphic designer have? See, to create "great designs” is not enough. There is a clear difference between a tool operator and a graphic designer. A good designer will be able to articulate how their designs communicate your brand’s vision and solve practical problems. A designer's job is to communicate a client's story, brand and ideas. A good designer must have consistency in his work and have Patience, Problem Solving skills and able to take criticism. Good design is innovative. Good design must be useful and aesthetic design to make a product understandable. Good design is honest and is long-lasting. Good design is consistent in every detail and environmentally friendly. And, last but not least, good design should be as little design as possible.
