Thanks for joining the reactor ranks! You can be a good interpreter for those who don’t speak Tagalog (when needed). She does have her own original songs, but covers OPM also. (She is pulling up the lyrics for the next song, since they cover so many songs.) Just as an outsider and lover of music, I think majority of OPM is the best love songs and grooves of the worlds influences! Songs like the last two have become (OPM) Filipino artists all know these songs as if they were Original Philippines Music where most of the world has forgotten them. OPM to me is an experience and a style of music in it’s right, it has it’s own groove, style of songs that have captured and made their own! I’ve watched thousands of reactors, Filipinos, and music lovers fall in love with Michael Pangalinan’s cover version of South Boarder’s “Rainbow”. They have fallen in love with not only the song and his particular delivery of it, but the “Groove” the feeling you get when you listen to it, the arrangements and collaborations is all part of the music.
