Hey @unsettledrs here's the optimized route you can take to win the alphabet game: - Immediately teleport to Miscellania with your ring of wealth. In the castle grounds and in the first floor of the castle, kill Alrik, Broddi, a chicken, Einar, Ragnar, Skraeling, Thora, and Valgerd. - Take the nearby fairy ring to Canifis (CKS). Kill a Ghoul, detour in to the swamp to kill an Ochre Blamish Snail, then go into Paterdomus to get the Wolfbane dagger. - Go to Canifis, equip the Wolfbane Dagger and kill Imre, Ksenia, Nikita, Yadviga, and Zoja. Unequip the Wolfbane Dagger and attack any villager to kill a Werewolf. - Teleport to Kourend Castle. Kill a Possessed Pickaxe in the catacombs, then make your way to Shayzien and kill Lizardmen for Xerician fabric. Alternatively, accept a cosmetic cape from Captain Rimor (Xeric's guard, for instance). - Teleport to Draynor Village. Grab the QPC from the Wise Old Man, then kill a Dark Wizard, detour east to snipe the Unicorn, head north to kill a Market Guard, a Jail Guard, then the Highwayman, and then finish off by heading to your right to kill a Farmer. - Take the Necklace of Passage to the Wizard's Guild. Go to the Temple of the Eye, then the Scar, then feed the two items to Abyssal leeches to get Q and X.

Yeah Soup really nailed the cast. Usually there's some dead weight, like Hanannie, that just hang on and talk about how bad they are and how shocking it is they survived. This year basically everyone has strengths and things they excel at. And lots of all-rounders. Very entertaining.

I know this is super retrospective but I'm so glad you went All-Star Mode instead of listening to all of the comments and your earliest reflections about playing it safe and low. Watching you own your skills is like watching the olympics if everyone was on steroids and no one tried to hide it so we could see how far these games can really be taken.

Yeah, the biggest problem with the Olympics is the health risks as people swap from their regular steroids to the riskier stuff that avoids detection (and then it gets detected years later and they are retroactively disqualified anyways.....) It would be better for everybody if Olympians could stay on their regular cycle

Settled, you got 24/26 on that challenge, literally the best you can do without bossing. You DID the route. Only thing to do now is lower the time beneath 10 minutes

It's probably a good idea to change up the NPCs to lower the time a lot, which is what he means by getting an efficient route. Also, Q and X are available (SoM Teleport to kill A and L and buy P, T, Limestone for Q and S). You can get A LOT of different letters from the stone chest and you can camp abyssal leeches at the end of the challenge to turn items into NPC names to kill.

@@almostover100 If you have the time, watch Swampletics. It's a great series about Settled UIM in Mauritania, and it is there reason why you can see the broken crossbow there. Settled did a video about the fact Jagex decided to add that item because of him, but I really recommend to watch the full series (it's also available as one long video) first.

So, just for fun, I decided to take a crack at the Alphabet Soup speedrun, and here's what I came up with for my route. I'd think a perfect run of this would come out to around six or seven minutes. If I'm bored later, I'll give it a try myself: Burthorpe-Taverley: Penda, Ocga, White Knight, Druid Ring of Wealth/Fairy Ring to Miscellania: Alrik, Broddi, Chicken, Einar, Rooster, Skraeling, Thora, Valgerd, Halla Fairy ring to Canifis, grab wolfbane: Gregory/Galina, Irina/Imre, Joseph, Ksenia, Liliya/Lev, Milla, Nikolai/Nikita, Yadviga/Yuri, Zoja Run east (or fairy ring) to Haunted Woods: Feral Vampyre and Undead Cow Minigame teleport to Mort'ton, buy a limestone. Teleport to Edgeville, grab the leather gloves, put them on, and smelt the limestone into quicklime. Fairy ring to Chasm of Fire, run south to Boaty, take it to Molch, and steal from the stone chests until you find a Xerician Fabric Finally, make your way to The Scar for your Quicklime Leech and Xerician Fabric Leech.

I hadn't considered how Solo was paying respect to you with that Faux vote, but you're right. That was objectively kinda stupid of him, unless it's to make it up to you for the prior week. Damn, that's cool. Only makes me a little sad now because if you HAD gone for the Hero move and taken out two farmers, you could've picked Faux, and that would've then been BOTH a hero move, AND a way to tell Solo "I see you, I got you" too. Also would've been a great story. But nah amazing gameplay nevertheless, amazing episode all around, and you're a real champ! You're my favorite to win it. I really hope you do.

This was such a fun episode to watch. I was hooting and hollering when Settled won. I *do* think sabotage was the slightly better choice, because it is important to show everyone else that there are consequences to putting you in the banning. You could say something like "I am not going to sabotage Solo, because he didn't vote for me. I am going to sabotage Boaty, because he put me in the banning." And now everyone who ever makes Tribunal has to wonder if voting for you is worth it, and even if they "agree" to vote for you, one or more might vote elsewhere as a burn vote, and if two people do that in one Tribunal, that could help you avoid a banning. That's just the strategy I would take, though. The logic of "don't make enemies" is good too.
