It looks RP must be fixed, not a free point. But how does it moves freely? What is the explanation?

a tip to viewers, when i inputted the formula for the ticks somehow geogebra used degrees instead of radians for the units of “i” in the sin and cos functions which caused the ticks to bunch up in small area of the circle’s circumference. You can tell because there is a degree symbol visible. To solve this just edit the formula for the ticks by deleting the degree symbols in the formula. Geogebra will automatically convert the degrees to radians and the ticks will be in the right place
