3:50 the top left part of the upper heat shield should insert into the lower heat shield. You have a cutout visible, the left part goes inside, the middle part outside, and the right part inside.

Did the heat shield clamps ever fall off mine looks the same just haven’t drove it yet
@matt3278 Жыл бұрын
Haven’t fallen off yet, however I’ve only put about 200 miles on it since the swap out… just checked them over last week when I got it out of storage and they seemed to still be secure but I guess we’ll see…

How do you turn on the red lights on the controls on the left side of the handle bar??
@matt3278 Жыл бұрын
If you’re referring to the lights in the hand guards that can be turned on to red, amber or green, that’s a new feature on the ‘24 sleds. Mine is a 2023.

sounds great at low speed how does it sound in the trail?
@matt3278 Жыл бұрын
It adds enough to hear it but not too loud at all. Didn’t really hear it too much at mid speeds but low end and top end I think is where it stood out the most.

Do you know anything about if cans or aftermarket exhaust void warranty?
@matt3278 Жыл бұрын
I’m not 100% sure but I’d assume it’ll void any warranty associated with exhaust and anything involved with this swap out, but I can’t imagine it would void the entire warranty.

You don’t need instructions. It’s same process as the old sleds. 😂
