GGLS/IBLS -- Victor Shattock's History -- #1/4

The Golden Gate Live Steamers was founded in 1936 largely due to the efforts of Victor Shattock. I had headed to the foothills of the Sierras in search of a whistle when a past member spotted my 0-4-0T in the back of my pickup truck. "Hey, I have a rare copy of VHS tape on the early years of the club." "Cool!," I replied. He dropped it off last Saturday and the rest is history.
