Spain almost every year send quality performances. They sing almost always in spanish which is good. Please react to Anabel Conde - Vuelve conmigo Spain Eurovision 1995. If I recall correctly, during the rehearsals for this performance, she didn't have her hair wet, and the press and the most hardcore Eurovision fans that follow that rehearsal week of Eurovision kept saying it hindered the performance, because it was jarring that it looked like it was raining all around her and she looked completely dry. It just broke the illusion. So, her team listened to those "complaints" and decided to have her hair wet for the real televised performance. It was the right call, I feel. You definitely should react to more Eurovision performances. There's a very good list already in one of the comments here, you should start with those. Some are truly spectacular.

Thanks for this wonderful reaction GAvin. Well, there are many good international non - Spanish performances that I particularly liked right from the bat off and actually, they won their edition. Here are three of the performances that I like the most and won their edition: 1) Emmelie de Forest ´Only Teardrops 2013 Eurovision Contest : Link to the song : kzbin.info/www/bejne/oWacdmqKZa1gi9U (This song is so beautifully sung and the drums and flute sound so well that she deserved to win. The chorus is very catchy and the stage setting was quite good and well-settled down. 2) Alexander Rybak ´Fairytale Norway 2009 Eurovision Song Contest. Link to the song: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jYnamI2Cad-rb9E (The violin sounds so beautifully here ...good song indeed as well. 3) Loreen ´Euphoria Sweden Eurovision Song Contest. I have to say that despite the fact that Pastora has much better vocals, Loreen did a great job with the performance and dancing and her song was very fast-moving and had a catchy melody in the chorus 4) Edurne ´AManecer Spain Eurovision 2015´ . Oh, dear, you don't know what you say, you just opened the Pandora's box! ;D Well, Eurovision, as I told you (and a lot of people before) was and is one of most important shows in the world. Since 1956 you could find incredible hits very popular that born for the contest, and great singers and bands that climb to the fame thanks to Eurovisión I hope you would like to react to the winners of Eurovision 1973 and 1988. Hi! Some facts about the selection process. It is up to each country the way they chose its representative. Some years Spain has selected among several artists and other years an intenal selection. Sweden for example has its own contest called Melodifestivalen and it is as big as Eurovision, in my opinion the most important national selection. Spain has sent great acts in past years but it seems they have been punished by the voting most of the times. I see you have reacted to Pastora (2012) and Ruth (2014). Maybe you should start to react to other countries from those years in order to compare and see why they got those final places. Sweden 2012, "Euphoria" by Loreen won in 2012 and it is a good way to start reacting. Austria 2014, "Rise like a phoenix" by Conchita Wurst can be also a good one. (This act won in 2014)
