It will be interesting to see how FAB adapts to new-Potemkin. With the faster HFBs kind of resembling pre-Strive Pot more, I can't wait to see what he cooks.

If you follow his daily streams he seems to be trying out stuff with 6H. When I tested the patch I also found goofy stuff to be done with it since it bounces opponents against the wall. kBMF might be gone but there's 6H at least

@@midas12522 hammer fall brake; now, immediately cancelling hammer fall into brake goes a lot further a lot faster, as well as having a second hit of armor, which of course opens up all kinds of shenanigans.

Admittedly I don't watch GG enough but I have never seen what happened at 1:04 ever before. A blocked HK has just enough recovery to go into a 0f Buster? Holy Crap o-o

Yup it forces an rps where the defender has to guess strike or throw. Guess wrong on throw: get busted. Backdash on the strike and your getting full combo'd or 2D into the Garuda impact diet plan.

HK causes guard crush which removes throw protection. Also HK sets block stun to 3f after landing, which is why Potemkin can threaten strike-throw once they land.

@@dakotaard306better of taking the buster because if you get hit that’s 80% meter less. Only gamble on throw if he has meter.

@@dontsayflan4315 I feel like you haven't played old Potemkin or never learned how to do karas. New pot buster doesn't reach far enough like kara post buster used to do.

@@dontsayflan4315 no one is saying Pot is BAD. That's a LIE. Pot is way stronger now, but removing karas was not worth it at all. Combos are not as cool looking as they were before. Doing full kara canceled combos feels really good inside you know. Pulling off something hard to do feels amazing, regardless the character. For example imagine if Faust became the best character in the game but remove his item toss. Or make Nago kill everyone with two single hits but remove his property of chaining specials into specials. It's just not the same. I don't want a stronger character, I want a more enjoyable character. At least for me, I play characters which I consider fun, regardless of their position in the tier list. I'm not a tier wh0r3.
