It really comes more down to who doesn't have a bad matchup against Chaos. Which is essentially high grounded mobility and/or long buttons. So Ram, Gio, and Chipp, I hear Leo a lot too but theoretically I don't see how Leo is a "bad" matchup for chaos.

@@zato-1766 General top player consensus is that Leo has the best dash block in the game, which is fairly important for the matchup. Additionally, high health and strong reversal tools as well as a great ability to one chance HC given HC's poor defensive options add up. I don't think it's 'bad' per se, likely even, but every bit counts against HC honestly. Most characters can't really contest his grounded footsies, and the ones mentioned that can can't necessarily mix nearly as well as Leo, Chipp excepted I think.
