Can someone explain to me how does he use IAD + K or D? I can only get them in the combo if I use P + K + bandit revolver

@@nabeelrazeq9957 every time he can launch someone to the air,or get a gunflame counter he does instant air dash + K + D + bandit revolver... I want to know how he does it because my fastest iad can do only P + K + bandit revolver
