When Chase first showed up and was assigned as Dante's new partner, Maxie told him he had big shoes to fill and to do right by Nathan. Considering what Chase has done for Maxie and her child, the risks he's taken and how much he cares about this whole situation, I'd say he's done right by Nathan and he would be proud of Chase. Nathan would've done the same thing for the same reasons Chase has. He's definitely done Nathan proud.

@@eaglefang8656 which wasn't his fault. He and Brooklyn were on the patio and didn't even hear anything. Not to mention they had no idea Peter escaped and even knew about Louise. Chase has stepped up for a friend and her kid when he didn't even have to. He didn't have to risk his career or his life by claiming to be the "father". He isn't even that close to Maxie as a friend, and yet he's went above and beyond for her.

Did you know that he was almost cast as a Nathan recast? But tptb decided to create the character of Chase instead! If he were playing Nathan we wouldn't have gotten Peter and Maxie but we wouldn't have the amazing Chase Harrison and his relationship with big brother Finn 💙
