This girl is doing everything in her power to skirt around taking any responsibility for her past actions. I don't care if she doesn't remember. She can at the very least acknowledge that they did occur and people have a right to be angry about them. Esme: Mrs. Jerome, I haven't seen you since the... And her comment to Ava about her being better off without Nikolas because he slept with her? Love that no matter what, Ava reminds her of what she did to Trina. Other ppl (*Laura*) like to sidestep that sometimes. And good on Ava for calling out that Esme is trying to distance herself from responsibility by using the third person. Whether she has her memory or not that’s such a calculated choice.

Ava shouldn't be one to talk about taking responsibility The one got away with murdering Connie, framing A.J., screwing with Morgan';s pills. Even if Esme were faking amnesia, that still wouldn't compare to Ava faking her own death and returning as her "long lost twin" Denise. The woman did everything she could to evade punishment for her sins, and succeeded, with no remorse. So pardon me if I don't applaud her hypocritical judgment of Esme.

Murdered Connie Falconarie in cold blood, framed A.J. Quartermaine, then baited Sonny into killing him for revenge when A.J. discovered the truth and she failed to kill him herself. After getting pregnant with Avery, by Sonny, she used her second daughter as a shield to keep Sonny from killing her after he found out she was Connie's killer. Ava then faked her death and impersonated a made-up long lost twin, Denise, then proceeded to sleep with Morgan when he was dating Kiki. Sabotaged Morgan's bipolar medicine, which caused him to have an episode, and steal a car rigged with a bomb that killed him, and when Sonny and Carly cornered her for it she started a fire to keep them away.

The only way Esme can keep this part of herself is to fortify it with honest work. Be responsible. Make better decisions. Do not bend to the evils and distrust that surrounds her. In practical terms, unless she knows she's strong, and thus constantly takes the heat and such from the people who have grudges against her and such - her best option is to get the h311 away from PC. Find a community that can foster her becoming strong, and teach her good values. Quite frankly, unless she can laugh at herself, I don't see any sign that suggests that she can withstand the constant attacks. Even with Laura's guidance, unless Laura can help her toughen up, I don't see Esme being able to keep this side of her intact. Who knows how the writers will write this. Maybe if she follows through and finds the strength to keep and appreciate the job, we can talk about hope for her.

A cold blooded murderer passing judgment on a young woman groomed by Ryan. Didnt he trick Ava plus half of Port Charles. How quickly they forgave spoiled entitled Spencer even thou he's been pulling these kinda stunts since he was a kid. But since he likes Trina all forgiven and it's all Esme fault. If they're gonna list sins and crimes. Esme is an amateur compared to Ava and Nikolas. Esme going after Ava and Nikolas I didn't really mind. The only thing I hated was the recording of Joss/Cam first time.That's something that never goes away and will always be out there somewhere. Esme going after Trina made senses bc of Spencer. He knew he had a crazy gf from start and put Trina in her direction line of fire.

That “young woman groomed by Ryan” was acting on her daddy’s orders to track down Spencer at boarding school and break up Ava and Nikolas marriage. Esme didn’t give a damn about Spencer at all he was just a pawn in her plan. Spencer made mistakes and he paid dearly for them, esme on the other hand gets amnesia and suddenly that should give her a free pass for her crimes ? Memory loss doesn’t change who Esme is.
