You are right about the 90s that is when I became a Luke & Laura fan when they were a family and had Lucky. I loved their whole return storyline and the Ward house and that SL. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't a LnL hater in the 80s I just was addicted to Rick & Lesley and the Quartermaines in the late 70s and early 80s. I so miss JJ as Lucky. I wish he would make an appearance since Nik & Liz have been mentioning him so much. Oh yeah & Lucky & Liz when they started out were my favorites too.

Oh believe me I did so over 13 years ago. It started with the botched tenure of Sarah Brown as Claudia with that terrible plot. Btw Sarah Brown was the last great powerhouse. No actress or actor since can ever match her during her run as Carly. I was a Carly fan because of her. I liked LW okay but SJB was my first true actress I loved and GH ran me off. I was planning to quit watching soaps in 2010 though which that happened. I didn't even watch her on DOOL. But today the acting is bad and the Emmys have been manipulated. They're going to possibly give Melissa Claire Egan a Emmy for some short term storyline while she has been mostly a boring character. Or they're going to give Jaquelyn Wood her third with her forced acting reels. And GH also like the other soaps is forcing diversity and inclusion down viewers throats.

Anthony Geary became tired of the Luke and Laura coupling and also thought Luke was losing his edge compared to Sonny. I think he became jealous of the rising popularity of Sonny and Brenda in 90s. Plus Anthony was good friends with Jane Elliot (Tracy) and wanted to work with her on a regular basis.

Jane Elliot’s scenes here were so powerful. Tho she didnt last long there, she was of perfect caliber of an actress to be on Guiding Light which had stronger storylines to me. Tracy’s love of her father and his business only to be looked over b/c of her gender never really sat well with me and I think drove her greed.

It might have been one of those episodes where they were at the disco for 2 days and that equaled one night in soap land :) I think they were at the GH Art Auction for a week and a half and that was supposed to be one night. This was also a re-aired episode that re-aired in the 90's in a 30 minute timeslot instead of an hour so soapnet could have re-edited to make it work. Wish I had all of the episodes.

Thank you, I know but above conversation ends with Luke interrupting when Lesley says "Does this answer your question?" at 12.02. However, in the clip "GH Rick & Lesley ~ 05-24-80 ~ Lesley At The Disco After Filing for Divorce (new footage)" Laura and Lesley keep talking about sex, about Lesley lying to Rick and about how beautiful it is they can talk about things like that so openly. Above clip looks very original though so maybe they never used that other additional footage on air...

This is so weird - the conversation between Lesley and Laura is missing the part where Laura asks Lesley what she would do now if she felt like sleeping with a man. And whether she regretted lying to Rick during the David Hamilton affair. It's a beautifal mother and daughter exchange (thanks romabriere for posting it)! Could it be that that part was edited out before the episode aired?

Yep girl it is. After Tracy left PC the Q's sold the Penthouse. Robert moved into it in 1981. In 1982 it had Holly's family living there.

If it is on KZbin it would be on romabriere's channel but I think it might only be in a flashback on a later episode. I believe it was spring of 1979 so it could even be in the Lassa Fever storyline.
