I dont know why they never gave her an emmy for best vilian...But ill say this, I haven't watched soaps since i was in my early 20s and I'm almost 40 now, but when I did watch, you can bet Helena Casadine was the main reason....Constance Towers was so good as Helena Casadine she could have taken that role to primetime or even the movie industry and would have received a golden globe and an Oscar for how well she played the role of Helena and lets not forget the classiest most well spoken/best dress bitch in town....sometimes I would watch just hear Helena's clever one liners...thats how smooth Constance was in this role....she definitely never received her flowers from the industry....
