Jessie was great. I loved her relationship with a lot of people, but especially with Bobbie in the early years. I hate they didn't really show much of their relationship later on.

@@dg-sl5jb Emily passed in 1991. She showed up to the set and did hair and makeup until weeks prior to her death. With that said, my post wishing they had still kept focus on Bobbie and Jessie's friendship means that in the rare scenes with did have of Jessie in those later years, we really didn't get the same connection between them that we had in earlier years. This is something the writers didn't focus on, but could have and should have. I am not suggesting a storyline, just little things that make the show work. Just like today, they have dropped the ball on Monica and Bobbie's friendship as well, and other relationships on that show that make a story seem more realistic. Everyone is written on these islands where they only interact with very few other characters. Whereas in the past, a character like Bobbie, who is a nurse (and more likely head of the OR nurses or has even taken Audrey's place as Superintendent of Nurses), would interact with more than just Carly.

I do agree with you whole heartily God how I miss strong family and friendship ties.. Please help GH now...Before they come to RIP! JMVHO! Loving GH always. Rosie!

Now cops have lasers that scan your car to see what you have stashed in it. This trick by Hutch could not be done today with his gun and get away with it. Susan mentioned gun control in the last episode to Mitch. 😢
