The way Alexis was trying to comfort everyone else is just heartbreaking. She was in shock and I'm guessing anger was starting to creep in, not at anyone in particular, just at God/the universe for taking Sam. I also wouldn't be shocked if she tried to file a wrongful death suit against GH, but if it was really a haert attack, there's nothing they could do.

I could have been ok with Sam having complications and needing long term care like Lulu, or even some kind of fire, explosion, or "drowning", but to kill Sam off permaniantly is just cruel of these writers. There was no reason to kill Sam like that. They could have recast, or kept Sam away while they resolved any issues with Kelly. To kill such a beloved character, who's actress was on the show for over 20 years. Terrible.

I hate that the writers chose to write Sam off this way too but Laura's reaction was based on seeing her grandson crying in Dantes arms and assumed it was Lulu, Rocco was crying about and truthfully she never would have or could have known it was Sam. It sucks for all Sam and Kelly Monaco fans, it really does

At 0:05 at the beginning of this clip. Laura looked dumbfounded when she realized it wasn't her daughter Lulu who died but Alexis ' daughter Sam who died. Alexis gave her a look that said shut up. Dante crying and yelling at his father Sonny at 0:24 "Sam is gone" was heartbreaking.When Alexis grabbed Dante 's face to tell him what happened was both heartbreaking and awesome at 0;34 of this clip.

In about 6 months him and Lulu going to be back together hand and hand and Sam will be completely forgotten by him like they never was together.

More likely dante is going to take his anger and resentment out on lulu, Because she made it and Sam didn't. Fact is the ONLY reason why Sam died was because of the behind the scene stuff with Kelly. At least they let Sam die a hero instead of off screen with very little mentioned of her death.

I hate that they killed Sam off BUT for once THE WRITERS didn’t forget THE HISTORY OF GH by showcasing Sam’s relationship with Jason. They were each other’s IT, the ride and die couple and THE WRITERS destroyed Sam’s character and made her character into an unrecognizable character. I STOPPED watching when they broke JaSam up the last time and just went to browsing episodes on KZbin from time to time. I thank them for paying homage to at least a part of GH’s history with the clips of Jason and Sam.

Jason and Sam were a cornerstone couple across parts of multiple decades. They weren’t a “dream” match and came together in what felt like a logical way that real people might. They were a new pairing at the time and survived the “couple shuffle” that had Sonny and Carly jump to Lorenzo and Emily to Jax and Reese et al and just clicked all around. Then all of a sudden she becomes a totally different person and wants to marry her unborn child’s half brother? The writing has been awful since Francophrenia.

Exactly this!!^^^ KM even said the same on X. She spoke on how she'd, over decades, built Sam into the character we seen on screen, only to have the writers destroy her. They totally dismantled Sam's personality, including her tenacity and bravery; including her ability to take on any challenge face first. The phoneix and dragon worked in tandem with one another, like a perfectly bulit bike for two. It's appalling they destroyed and then killed her off. As much as I like Maurice and intricate part of GH the charater has always played, it would've made more sense to kill him off at this point than Sam. SMH!!😢🤬

Let the blame game begin. Some will blame theirselves. Some will resent Laura and the Lulu for waking up and surviving. Truth is who killed her is to be blames. Possibly Maxie for having a big ass mouth and blabbing to Spin outside Sam hospital room about Lulu still loving Dante and this should be Lulus life. How can Maxie say something like that right after telling Sam she loves her and grateful for what she is about to do. She is no friend to Sam and disrespectful to Sam for basically saying Sam is living Lulu’s life. Cyrus is lurking those hospital floors and overheard Maxie’s big ass mouth. He is behind Sam death. Lante fans I am afraid you will be disappointed when Lulu wakes and no reunion for your couple. Dante will not disrespect Sam’s memory or sacrifice. I am true Jasam fan but Dante always put Sam and their family first and Lulu is family and Rico’s mom but he loved Sam very much and even knowing his ex could awake he chose Sam still.

I think they destroyed Sam's character for years because they had no idea how to write for such a strong female lead who also happened to be a mother. Then, after she agreed to pay cut they figured only firing her and killing Sam would work (sorry, no one else could play her, just like no one else could play Sonny or Jason). They failed to realize just how great Sam was as a character - fun, interesting, exciting, and terrific - which is why fans LOVE her. They failed to understand that being a mom is NOT the only thing a female can do after she has kids. They failed the fans and history of this show. Fix it folks, get KM and Sam back - get me another Cassadine's kept her alive story line and make it fast!

Yeah, I do feel bad for Scout What I mean was Jason an Sam were together at the beginning an they wanted to have a lot of kids but when things happened things got messed up when Jason was taken away from Sam when they got started! But I wanted Jason an Sam to be together they knew what the other one was thinking with the other ones they were not thinking alike! An that was Drew an Dante! But yeah I feel bad for Scout an the way Jason told Scout an Danny it was so good the way Jason comfort Scout when she started to cry when they were at "Bobbie's" an when Jason hanging on to Danny and Scout they look so good together! But what's going on with Drew right now I don't know how he is going to handle Scout because of what Drew has been doing plus he is jumping the gun an not thinking about Scout's needs cause I remember that he wanted to put Scout in a different school an didn't asked how she feels an telling sam at the last minute showing what had Scout in rolled in the School so that was a big mistake on Drew's part! but also I don't know what going to happen! But I think that Jason is going to make definitely a Big change now that Sam is gone! But he did a good job when Sam was in prison back in 2019 with that Shiloh business!
