GH3 PS2 Custom Lipsync Test

This was a fun experiment. Custom lipsync on PS2!
It's still far from perfect (I don't know why his mouth hangs off to the side, probably a conversion error somewhere), and definitely not user friendly to implement. However, I'll keep working on it to make it as user-friendly to add to a custom disc and release the method with a future update to the .NET Toolkit!
I realize I haven’t been publicly active lately. I’m still working on things in the background, but I just don’t have anything that I can publish yet.
