After having this working from your tutorial now it won't work. I have it set to .mov and asetting that supports VFR but still when I go to the VFR menu option is is not highlighted and can not be turned on. My menu seems to be different as well with not as many options as regards resolution and frame rates as seen in your video and every other video i've seen on KZbin. I have a U.K or European spec camera. Wonder if that's why it's different?

It should be the same. Make sure you are in the correct frequency. You can't do it in the Cinema Frequency.

you can switch custom modes though and have 4k pre set to one of the custom modes.

This is only available in 4K when you are in NTSC mode (23.97fps), not in cinema mode at true 24p.

Exactly. You can’t slow down 23.97 anymore than that. You will get choppy video

I changed the frame rate to 180fps and in premiere the frame rate would still be 24, 30 or 60 depending on which I tried.

You have to change the quality to get different options. 4k 24fps will not give you the same variable options as 4k 60fps and so on.

So it seems the camera can do UHD 60fps, but not 4K 60fps.

Yes Gh5 can only do 24fps at 4k actually. Cant do 30 or 60

Change region settings! Ur probably in cinematic, change it to see more options
