Overall play wise there's still a long long way to go but this is a big win for Ghana. I was happy with Djiku and Lamptey, I think Otto Addo made a good decision going with the back 3. Nuamah and Kudus showed glimpses but they can do a lot better. The midfielders really have to impose themselves more and be more tidy in possession, Partey should have scored too. Mensah needs competition at LB, Semenyo as a lone striker is not it. Jordan Ayew deserves huge praise for his impact from the bench, fair play to him. Hopefully this result gives the team lot of confidence, beating Mali is no mean feat and I would have even taken a draw prior to the match. Edit: Also I think I'm satisfied with Ati-Zigi as the no. 1 GK for now, if not for him we would have been 2-0 down in the 1st 10 minutes.

Nauma has the black stars fighting spirit up front, that katashi vibe. Lamptey was a master class and ghana need him all day all time. Thomas tried given his line breaking pass but the networking upfront wasn't high enough. Semenyo is a good striker and his gives the pressure but he lucks finishes. Kudus Lost his game today, if he had recovered himself to play well like Mali would have really suffered. Gideon actually fight the war from start eiii😅. He suffered. The 3 Centre backs were cool but they need to work more as a solid defence. Ishahaku showed us he is ready for the senior team, if not for him fight and moving to ball into the 18 alone, we won't have that last goal, he needs more chances. In all Oto is trying to make the players know he is in control and everyone can play with equal chances depending on how good you can be

The referee wasn't fair to Ghana. A defender was pushed down before the cross that resulted in the first goal. There was back pass to the goalkeeper but it was ignored. A penalty for Ghana was also ignored
