Most of the Ghanaian artist are actively performing and on tour working really hard. They really don’t care about these debates the fans create. Also the average Ghanaian do not know or even invest any energy into what Nigerians are doing, do not let these few pundits and content creators, create that narrative and perception. It’s not a reality at all. 💯

@KK-if3un Baba! Stop deceiving yourself. Ghanaians can talk 👄 for Africa. Ghanaians talk 👄 too much with little or nothing to show. Ghanaians can also "explain" for the whole world. Im a british Nigerian and have been coming to Ghana since 1995. This not progressing doesnt just happen with the music industry, it also happens with film making and advertisements on tv. When i look at the tv, Ghanaian films and style of adverts are the same as in 1995, they have not moved on in their creativity, style etc, its very amateur whilst Nigerian tv in contrast has developed tremendously.

How can you people believe that few people will compel a DJ to play songs the audience don’t want? You want to force an independent DJ who’s looking for what to eat and feed his family to do your bidding, while you don’t pay him neither do those artists you are compelling him to play their songs pay him? Music industry is a private business which involves musicians, managers, producers, investors, distributors, these people benefits financially directly when any songs/album is doing well…. Ghana refuse to understand that there’s no patriotism or nationalism in a music business, you invest your money and look for benefits, it’s not a charity organization. A Ghana DJ who’s paid by a Nigerian must listen and satisfy his payer’s requested lists… All these fools talking and obliging the Dj to promote another persons job with empty stomach , with no contribution to private and professional life of the Dj😅

Bulldog doesn't know what the Dj is talking about.....A song is not moving the crowd is not an indication that it doesn't make sense. In science sound in particular is different from all other aspects of science. Humans have certain frequency that they can relate to that boost their mood. When such frequency is lost even when the song is good the audience will not feel the vibe.... There's a certain volume music has to be to be pleasant to the human ear and when such frequency is miss out the music become nothing. Imagine you listening to song in the club and you love it and take same song to your car the quality is reduced and in the house same thing what will such Music sound like in a larger hall or an open place...?

And that is Ghana's problem, from shatta wale to Rocky dawuni and Samini and stoneboy, their music lacks melody, and lacks groove! Not to mention that there are fewer and fewer hits coming out of Ghana! Only Black Sheriff stands out ! But Nigerian music is overwhelming, and it's not just about being hot ! Burna Boy's African Giant and Twice as Tall are sound recordings, so too is Wizkid's Made in Lagos! Adekunle Gold, Rema, Tiwa Savage, Kizz Daniel , Tems , Simi and BNXN are not making bubble music either! Not only are these Nigerian artistes making good music, they are also gracing some of the biggest stages in the world! From Davido and Kizz Daniel at the last World Cup ceremony, to the Champions League, to King Charles's coronation and only yesterday, Rema at the Ballon D'or! Ghanaian artistes, Sheriff aside, either want to sound like Jamaicans or like Nigerians , and that lack of originality makes them boring!
