If you are given a Non-immigrant visa for 5 years, it does not mean you will be allowed to stay for 5 years. The 5 years only allow you to enter the United States multiple times within five years. The immigration officer will decide how long you get to stay in the U.S once you are inspected. The maximum for first time entrants is usually six months. One could even be allowed to stay 1 month. The disadvantages of the H1B Visa is that, you can only work for that company and not any company. My brother, USA 🇺🇸 embassy and USA 🇺🇸 immigration knows everything people do to migrate to the USA 🇺🇸. They know about contract marriages, agents etc. their intelligence is very high. One ☝️ thing people don’t realize is that, USA 🇺🇸 needs immigrants to get their economy going. USA 🇺🇸 is very diverse and that makes them ahead of many countries in terms of diversity, cash flow etc. Don’t mess with USA 🇺🇸 they have eyes 👀 in most places. So long as you do what is expected, they will grant you the visa or green card or citizenship if you follow their requirements. Mind you; false information is a crime and they will make you pay for it either through fine or imprisonment. However, you have to be smart. Just do the needful and do what they ask. They know all plans, tricks etc people employ to get visa, green card etc. We have to discuss this so people are aware to do the right things. Thanks 😊

😊😊😊some of us don't have that problem. We have men Chasing us who want to marry us yesterday. They value us because we don't nag them about money since we're making our own money plus we bring something to the table. An advice to all folks who get here particularly to the US with Green cards, go to school and your life would be tremendous. When you get here, even if you're an emeritus professor, that certificate or degree is useless here unless you get a US degree. With a US degree in a good program, you don't have to go do all those menial jobs. You'll also find people in your range.
