Nice video 👍... What i knew Shankh can test your throat , lungs strength & keep negative "energy" at bay(out) ....and temple bells(i love the most)... It makes your mind empty through sound and vibration... When i was just about to realised spiritual, that night at 1 o'clock i heard people noices then bell sounds(outside was pin drop silence).. & next day I realised, this world is illusion maya and my thoughts, eating habits, many things changed, i became more confident, no more fear of outside world, became intuitive, nature sensitivity, i now eat only veg + fish and egg, not effective to emotions and less karma?!!... Feeling good😊🎉
