Stuffed Chicken in Bechamel Sauce
Ingredients
Bechamel Sauce (makes 2 cups)
• Butter 1/4 cup
• All-purpose flour 1/4 cup
• Milk 2 cups
• Salt to taste
• Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Stuffing
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Onion 1, sliced thinly
• Carrot 1, grated
• Cabbage 2 leaves, grated
• Salt as needed
• Black pepper as needed
Other
• Chicken breast 2 (400-500 grams)
• Soy sauce as needed
• Eggs 2
Bake at 180°C in a preheated oven for 40 minutes using lower heat only. Now take out the dish, poke the surface of the sauce using a knife or fork and bake again for 20 minutes using both upper and lower heat.
