I drove all this vehicle and prefer either Innova, XU700 or Safari. And it's depends on individual choice.

Suggest to not always go by number of stars for safety rating. They are based on newer standards such as number of airbags and features such as traction control, stability control, etc. The older cars such as Bolero will never be able to meet those standards. I would still feel safe driving a tank like the Bolero Neo.

Most important use of 7Seater car is to use 7seats properly.. and Xuv700 or ScorpioN don't have sliding 2nd row which makes them as 5Seater only bcoz of poor 3rd row space.. And Innova is best 7-8seater in India and you left that also from list..
