It is very good that you are encountering rains while making search for permanent residency. Because , you know that there is no issue of water logging or inundation in your place to stay permanent . Otherwise it becomes afsana later on . So good luck

If you are willing to settle in Dehradun, Only near by Rajpur road, Jakhan sinola Purkul & Sahastradhara road near IT Park is the Best Place to live,It is my suggestion

Mehnga hai.. it should be around 60-65lakhs... Turner Road mai dusri lanes ki entry pe hi rate 28-30k per gaj hai.. Jo isme plot ke bataye woh overpriced hai... C-23 mai hi mil rha hai ek 125 gaj ka makaan 50 lakh mai.. and C-19 mai naya bana 115 gaj ka in 65 lakhs

Nicely explained. But Living room is very small, cannot accommodate dining table. It's been constructed keeping in view rental income. If you want to stay, stay at upper floor n rent out the ground floor. Jus a suggestion Sapna.

Place looks good but the house has a few visible shortcomings. 1st floor window and balcony has overhead electricity wires blocking the view. Developer could have done this underground. Similarly the back (you called master bedroom) has no window. Overall the price is not justified.

Dehradun has much better option that this with low price and better location. Please consider more options before any final decision. Personally I don't like the layout and design. The area is less as compared to the price.

Area seems confusing . He said 2200 Sq feet , and 107 Sq yards. If it is 2200 Sq feet, then it should be approx 250 Sq yards. Please correct t me . But please check the cleances of total property from authority . Warning you as a Ex banker , as lot of cases are coming these days . But otherwise good property Regards
