घर पर कैसे करें ब्लड शुगर की जांच? | How to use glucometer at home? | Dr. Madhav Dharme

अक्सर यह पाया है कि जब भी दो या तीन महीने बाद कोई patient Blood - sugar Test करके आता है या फिर रिपोर्ट Blood - sugar लेकर आता है तो उसका Blood - sugar level रिपोर्ट में बढ़ा हुआ निकलता है। जबकि गए दो-तीन महीनों में उसने लगातार अच्छे से regularly अपने दवाई लि होती हैं।
यह हमें दर्शाता है कि बीच-बीच में भी आपको आपकी शुगर जांच करती रहनी चाहिए। आज Dr. Madhav Dharme (Consultant Physician and Diabetologist) हमे इसके बारे मे विस्तार में जानकारी देंगे।
Blood - sugar Test कैसे regularly कर सकते है?
तो यह हम लोग कर सकते ग्लूकोमीटर से। Glucometer से आप के समय की भी बचत होगी और आपको बहुत जल्दी result पता चलेगा और उस हिसाब से अगर आपके medicine को अच्छे से manipulate किया जाये तो आपकी therapy से आपको maximum फायदा होगा। इससे हमे diabetes से आगे होने वाले complications से भी छुटकारा मिल सकता है। इसलिए Glucometer से मॉनिटर करते रहना बहुत जरुरी होता है।
साथ ही में अगर आप घर पर Glucometer से जांच कर रहे है और अगर उसे सही तरीके से इस्तेमाल नहीं कर रहे हैं तो भी उससे problem बढ़ सकता है।
जब भी आप ग्लूकोमीटर रीडिंग ले तो एक बात का खास ध्यान रखेंगे कि आप इस रीडिंग की एक डायरी बनाकर रखें जिसमें कि आप Date, Time लिखकर उस रीडिंग को लिखकर रखिए या फिर मोबाइल में कोई फाइल बना के रखिए जिसमें कि आप उसको लिख पाए क्योंकि जब आप अगले कुछ दिनों बाद डॉक्टर के पास जाए तो आप उनको दिखा सके ना कि आपके स्मरण शक्ति में रखें।
