These same principles apply in Kirati society. Kiratis have no gotra and does not believe in the caste system When Nepal was ruled by the Kiratis, there was no Hindu caste system. Then there is yet another evidence that Lord Shiva has roots with the Kiratis and not Aryan. Lord Shiva's home is in Mt. Kailash. Mt Kailash is in the Himalayas regions. Kiratas are the aboriginal of the Himalayas. They are the sons of the Himalayas. Aryan people have no ties to the Himalayas.
